You will create new and effective design solutions that improve our users/clients' lives as a Designer. You'll collaborate with the project engineer and others to create appealing and user-friendly designs. Key Responsibility and Expertise Skilled in planning and sketching mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, piping, sanitary systems, domestic water, and medical gas. Plumbing, ductwork, sanitary, medical, compressed air, natural gas, and water heating systems Develop and analyze design concepts with engineers. Determine design feasibility based on safety, function, and serviceability. Revit software allows comprehensive drawings, plans, and sketches. Create construction documentation and manage sporadic submissions. To achieve design integration, collaborate with different disciplines. Visit sites and conduct field research. Able to optimize routing and system size. Expertise in CAD software. Salary Range $60,000 - $95,000. This position requires working in an open office setting.
