About this Position Bluejack Ranch is a private residential club that offers laid‑back luxury and is committed to creating exceptional lifestyle experiences for families, members, guests, and employees. As part of our growing leadership team, an Assistant Golf Professional will help curate the grand opening of our Tiger Woods‑designed golf course and assist in the maintenance and management of all aspects of the golf operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Practice area maintenance and support First tee operations Golf course operations Comfort station management Ringer management Retail operations Golf lessons and club fitting Club fitting Caddie program management Golf cart fleet management Outside staffing operations Valet services Club repair Performance Center operations Minimum Qualifications PGA Apprentice or PGA Member Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years in golf operations Attention to detail and ability to follow cultivation schedules Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Can‑do attitude with willingness to perform at a high level of service Excellent oral and written communication skills Valid driver’s license Good organizational skills with ability to work independently and with a team Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to function under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions High work ethic and sense of responsibility within the team Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions Ability to work a varied schedule that includes early mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional evening functions Physical Demands and Work Environment The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and work outdoors in all weather conditions, including excessive heat, rain, wind, and frost. The employee may occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. This is a full‑time job that will include weekends, weekdays, and holidays, with a flexible schedule as business dictates.
