Senior Technical Analyst

Salary: $102,693 - 134,213 per year Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or comparable role.
• A bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months of starting. Other relevant Microsoft credentials, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate, are an asset.
• Experience in Agile software development environments and collaborating with development teams using Agile delivery methods.
• Demonstrated work across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, software development, and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data integration, databases, and modern application architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies.
• French language skills are an asset, as we aim to provide bilingual services; candidates without French are encouraged to apply.

• Partner with operational stakeholders and technical teams to turn business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Assess solution options and recommend approaches aligned with our enterprise architecture, security, and operational goals.
• Work with software developers throughout the development lifecycle, contributing technical analysis, solution design, and implementation support.
• Design and document integrations, APIs, data flows, and solution architectures spanning cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Coordinate with our Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Cyber Security, and Data & Analytics teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead technical discovery for new products, proof-of-concepts, and emerging technologies.
• Review existing systems and identify ways to improve performance, automation, reliability, and user experience.
• Support solution delivery using Microsoft Azure services and modern software development practices.
• Advise teams across technology domains and contribute to our long-term technology strategy.

As Senior Technical Analyst, you will work across software development, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, airport operations, and digital products, helping shape practical, secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions from early concepts through production. Our work spans areas such as Digital Twin, AI, operational technology, airport applications, websites, APIs, and passenger-facing services. The annual salary range is $102,693–$134,213 for a 37.5-hour work week, tailored to experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
