Take the next step in your career supporting students as a dedicated school psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers the opportunity to focus on assessment, evaluation, and reporting work—an essential role in advancing Child Find efforts. Anticipated caseloads range from 30-40 students and may include elementary, high school, or K-12 settings depending on placement, with assignments at up to two school sites. You’ll benefit from administration that values reasonable workloads and actively fosters support for contracted professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Missouri Department of Education (DOE) School Psychologist certification
• Experience in conducting assessments, evaluations, and preparing comprehensive reports
• Capacity to manage a caseload of 30-40 students within a school or district setting
• Comfortable working with diverse student age ranges (elementary through high school)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and supporting best practices in special education
• Ability to complete drug screening and fingerprint background checks
• Availability to complete a brief screening interview (flexible slots available, with Fridays preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct psychological services primarily focused on assessments and evaluations
• Interpret test results and contribute to multidisciplinary team reports
• Support Child Find and other special education processes
• Partner with educators, administrators, and families to recommend strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/district standards
