Regional Sales Director

We've partnered with a fast-growing organization in the healthcare space that’s looking to add a high-impact Regional Sales Director to its leadership team in San Bernardino! This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, building and developing high-performing sales teams, and executing strategy across a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on sales leader who can balance strategy with execution and thrives in a growth‑oriented environment. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of regional management experience within healthcare Minimum 2-8 years of experience in healthcare sales IDEAL: Hospice, Home Health, SNIF, Acute rehab, DME, or experience dealing with Medicare and Medicaid Strong background in revenue growth and team development Strategic thinker with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves leadership style Ability to travel within the region as needed MUST live in San Bernardino or the surrounding areas Why This Opportunity: Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses

YR 1 OTE: $195K-$225K
