About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle to lead strategic operations that drive financial optimization and operational excellence across its multi-state healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue cycle strategies, collaborating with executive teams to align revenue strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies. Key duties include analyzing financial metrics, overseeing centralized and regional revenue operations, and implementing advanced technology solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making. The role also involves fostering partnerships with vendors and offshore resources to achieve cost-effective operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes. Applicants for the Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of hospital revenue cycle management experience within a multi-state health system. A Master’s degree and CPA certification are preferred. The role requires at least seven years of system-level leadership experience in revenue cycle operations and proficiency in relevant healthcare technology products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to travel as needed, and a proven track record of success in leading revenue cycle operations for large healthcare organizations.
