Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a Corporate Attorney with Intellectual Property experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate formation and structuring
- Secured stock and asset transactions
- Secured financing transactions
- General corporate transactional work
- Contract drafting and review
- Experience with intellectual property issues is a plus, including the licensing and prosecution of intellectual property and intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr.
The annualized salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
