Pay Rate: $27.09 – $37.92/hr (Based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-Case

Facility Overview

Join a 467-bed fully accredited medical and surgical hospital in Aventura, FL. The facility is a Level II Trauma Center and a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center, providing advanced emergency, surgical, imaging, and specialty services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient care.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Active State Registered Radiologic Technician license.

• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification required.

• BLS/BCLS certification required within 30 days of employment.

• Open to all experience levels.

• New graduates who have successfully passed their state boards will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiologic imaging procedures according to established protocols.

• Prepare and position patients appropriately for diagnostic imaging.

• Operate radiologic imaging equipment safely and effectively.

• Ensure patient safety throughout imaging procedures and follow applicable safety protocols.

• Serve as a professional and compassionate point of contact for patients throughout the imaging process.

• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to ensure imaging needs are met.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established department procedures and standards.
