Candidate Profile 2–5 years of government contracts experience Exposure to M&A due diligence in the government contractor space Strong working knowledge of FAR and related regulations Clear, practical judgment when advising business teams You should be comfortable advising on live transactions and interacting with sophisticated in-house legal and compliance teams.
