With five clinical sites , 115 employees , and an expanding continuum of care that includes Primary Care, Women's Health, Dentistry, Optometry, Integrative Care, and an upcoming on-site Pharmacy , the organization has intentionally created a diversified care model that supports long-term sustainability.
While many community health organizations are facing increasing financial pressures, this organization has built a strong foundation through multiple service lines, strategic growth initiatives, and thoughtful leadership. The current Chief Medical Officer, a highly respected and nationally recognized physician leader, is transitioning into a different role within the organization and will remain an active partner to the incoming CMO.

The Role
This position combines executive leadership with continued clinical practice in a flexible 60% administrative and 40% clinical structure.
You will:
• Lead and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
• Strengthen provider engagement through meaningful one-on-one relationships
• Align clinical teams around organizational priorities and performance goals
• Advance quality initiatives, productivity, and accountability
• Partner with executive leadership to guide strategic growth and clinical operations
This role is ideal for a physician leader who enjoys being visible, accessible, and engaged with their teams while maintaining influence at the highest levels of the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
• $320,000 – $360,000 annual compensation
• 30 days PTO plus 11 paid holidays
• CME allowance and dedicated CME time
• Malpractice coverage
