Independent RN UAS Assessor - Hybrid In-Home Care

1st Choice, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse Assessor in New York to conduct UAS NY assessments in-home or via telehealth. The role offers independence, a hybrid work model, and a chance to impact patient care while maintaining flexible scheduling.
Ideal candidates have NY RN licensure (BSN preferred), 1–2 years in home health, and familiarity with UAS-NY. Mileage reimbursement and supportive leadership are provided to enable quality assessments across NY.
