Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Associate

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Experience conducting complex employee relations investigations Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information. Peraton is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Associate supportingprogramswithin our Space portfolio. This role reports to the Business Unit Senior HR Vice President andpartner with leaders withalignment between business priorities, program needs, and people strategy execution. The HRBP improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions, and coaching and counseling managers and employees. The role independently handles employee relations issues and provides guidance on complex workplace matters. In addition, this individual implements employee retention initiatives and engagement strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness while partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations, to deliver aligned people strategies and solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will be viewed as a trusted partner who is responsive, consultative, and collaborative in driving win-win solutions while balancing business objectives with employee experience.
