Associate Immigration Attorney

Reston, VA

Manage a high-volume non immigrant visa caseload including but not limited to L-1A, L-1B, TN, E-2 and related petitions
Handle a broad range of employment-based immigration matters including PERM labor certification cases and EB1A and EB1C petitions..
Manage matters accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication and attention to deadlines.
Effectively manage client relationships and a small team of paralegals for high-volume clients.
Explain sophisticated immigration concepts and present strategic solutions for clients.
Supervise paralegals in preparing petitions/applications

Three to five years of solid experience in handling high volume L-1A, L-1B, TN, E-2, PERM, EB1A and EB1C matters .
Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
