Family Law Associate Attorney

If that sounds like you, then consider joining our team! Your role: We are seeking to add an Associate Attorney to our expanding Civil practice. Your responsibilities: Providing representation for clients in court in legal cases Guiding and supporting legal assistants and law clerks Attending trials and court proceedings Managing a regular schedule of hearings and court appearances Evaluating and analyzing any evidence that may prove beneficial to your clients Regular communication with clients regarding updates to their case Direct mediation sessions and offer constructive legal advice Your experience: At our firm, we measure character along with credentials. But for you to contribute immediately to this role; your experience should include: Licensed to practice law in the state of VA Detail oriented, adept at both research and critical thinking Effective communication, both verbal and written Organized, able to effectively manage time and multitask Practiced in negotiation, debate, and persuasion techniques Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse clientele, including children and the elderly Your incentives and benefits: We understand what it takes to be successful in the legal field.
