You'll be responsible for keeping shifts smooth, teams sharp, and the whole operation running like a machine. Responsibilities Take charge of daily ops from receiving to shipping Keep schedules tight and shifts fully covered Track shipments, orders, and inventory to avoid mistakes Train and coach your team while making safety the top priority Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional training is a plus At least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience; 5 years in a warehouse environment Knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and basic computer tools Strong communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office Must stay active on feet, lift 50 lbs, and keep pace steady Benefits Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy, and invested.
