Warehouse Operations Associate

Location Fairfield, NJ & Flanders, NJ Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations across our Fairfield and Flanders, New Jersey facilities. This role will support the safe and accurate movement, storage, and transportation of materials, products, equipment, and supplies while maintaining compliance with Company procedures, safety requirements, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Location Fairfield, NJ & Flanders, NJ Garonit Pharmaceutical is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations across our Fairfield and Flanders, New Jersey facilities. This role will support the safe and accurate movement, storage, and transportation of materials, products, equipment, and supplies while maintaining compliance with Company procedures, safety requirements, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key Responsibilities Transport raw materials, finished products, equipment, and supplies between Garonit’s Fairfield and Flanders facilities. Load, unload, inspect, secure, and prepare materials for transportation. Perform receiving, warehousing, shipping, picking, packing, and staging activities. Maintain accurate inventory transactions, warehouse records, and transportation logs. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report vehicle or equipment issues. Coordinate material movements with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions. Follow applicable cGMP requirements, safety procedures, SOPs, and Company policies. Perform other related warehouse, logistics, and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, or material-handling experience preferred. Experience within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or another regulated environment preferred. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred. Basic computer and inventory management system skills preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and safely while managing multiple responsibilities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds. Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform other physical activities associated with warehouse operations. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and drive Company vehicles between facilities. Ability to work in warehouse, manufacturing, and outdoor environments as needed. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated pay range for this position is $25.00–$28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related considerations. This position is also eligible for consideration for a discretionary year-end bonus, based on Company and individual performance. Any bonus is discretionary and is not guaranteed. About The Role This is a full-time, onsite position supporting Garonit Pharmaceutical’s Fairfield and Flanders, New Jersey facilities. The position involves regular warehouse and material-handling activities as well as driving between Company locations.
