What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day store operations , including sales, inventory, order management, reporting, and store maintenance Drive sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services Build, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and warehouse while providing superior customer service Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using 2020 CAD software Oversee product loading and offloading , ensuring efficiency and safety What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required 5+ years in cabinet sales/design or sales + managerial experience in construction/home improvement retail 1–3 years of direct sales management experience preferred Strong skills in inventory control, retail operations, and team leadership Summary Why Join Us: Highly competitive salary + uncapped commission & bonus program - Average base pay is approximately $45,000, based on a standard 45-hour work week; actual pay may vary based on hours worked and performance. 401(k) with company match up to 4%, immediately vested Paid time off, wellness days, and 6 company-paid holidays Supportive, inclusive, and diverse company culture At Cabinets To Go, we valuediverse talent and are an equal opportunity employer.
