ServiceNow HRSD/ITSM/ITOM Sr Developer

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

• 6-12 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.

• 4+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow HRSD module implementation.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP integrations.

• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal / Employee Center

• Configure MID Servers, data sources, and API connections.

• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for KPIs and trends.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist

1. HRSD Development & Configuration: Configure and customize HRSD modules including - HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Catalog & Record Producers, HR Knowledge Management

2. ITSM Development & Configuration: Configure and customize core ITSM modules: Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Knowledge Management

3. ITOM Development & Configuration: Implement and customize ITOM modules including: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Candidates with over 10 years of experience in full stack development, especially with Java and React JS. Ideally, the candidates should have a strong background in designing and architecting applications, as well as expertise in the latest Java versions. Experience with microservices and Springboot is essential, and proficiency with UI technologies like React JS is highly valued. The candidate should have worked with automation testing suites and have expertise in cloud native applications, along with familiarity with DevOps pipelines.

• 10+ years of experience in the Java tech stack

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

• 10+ years of proven experience building sophisticated applications and APIs in Cloud and hybrid cloud environments at large scale

• Experience with AWS /Azure

• 5+ years of experience developing applications utilizing relational databases and/or no SQL databases as part of the overall application architecture

• 5+ years of experience in implementing caching techniques for a web application

• Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects

• Coordinates optimally across organizational boundaries and geographies

• 5+ years of experience with front-end frameworks like React.js

• 5+ years of strong background in object-oriented design principles and design patterns

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
