Third Party Risk Management Use Case Developer

This role will focus on the build out of the Third Party Risk Management (formerly Vendor Risk Management) use case and capabilities in Vanguard's existing ServiceNow environment.

The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

• Story Grooming (Gathering and fine-tuning requirements, defining implementation approach)
• Design and Impact analysis
• Definition of test scenarios
• ServiceNow configuration / development
• Packaging and deployment between non-prod and production environments
• Unit / System testing
• Troubleshooting issues/defects and implementing fixes
• Production Support

Qualifications

ServiceNow Developer with preferred experience in the Third Party Risk Management (Vendor Risk Management) use case.

Required:

• General ServiceNow development
• Access Control Management / ACLs
• Developing Business rules and UI actions
• Forms and Batch job support (transform map, mapping etc.
