This position serves as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, funding agencies, and community partners while ensuring compliance with program requirements and successful project completion. Manage day-to-day operations of housing rehabilitation and self-help housing programs. Review client applications and determine program eligibility. Coordinate inspections, contractor activities, and project schedules. Monitor project budgets and ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain compliance with USDA, state, and local program regulations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Conduct outreach and educational workshops throughout the service area. Develop relationships with local governments, lenders, and community organizations. Maintain accurate client and project files. Assist with grant administration and program development activities. Qualifications College degree preferred in Community Development, Public Administration, Business Administration, Housing, Social Work, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for a college degree. Minimum three (3) years of experience in housing, grant administration, project management, case management, or community development. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
