Assembler

600AM - 230PM; Monday - Friday Assemble generator set packages, enclosures and packaged components using hand tools, shop equipment, and material-handling devices. Perform basic electrical and mechanical assembly work per drawings and work instructions. Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation. Work closely with production supervisors to meet build schedules and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety requirements. USD $37.54/Hr. This position works in a shop environment with some outside exposure. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75lbs. The wearing of approved safety equipment (i.e. safety glasses with side shields and steel toe footwear) is required. Noise level is usually moderate to high. May intermittently sit at a desk to answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email.
