Warehouse Assistant (Contract)Sigma, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations for one of our clients located in Pittsburgh, PA.This is an onsite, 3–4-week contract assignment in a clean, modern warehouse facility on Neville Island. This is an urgent hiring need, and there will be no interviews conducted for this role. Candidates must be fully vetted, dependable, and prepared to work onsite during core business hours with minimal training required.The role focuses on assembling marketing materials, preparing fulfillment packages, and supporting light warehouse operations in a structured and organized environment.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Material AssemblyAssemble and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications.Combine printed collateral for marketing campaigns.Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers accurately for distribution.2. Fulfillment & Distribution SupportPrepare materials and packages for shipment.Ensure outgoing items are organized and accurately prepared.Maintain quality control across all handled materials.3. Inventory & Workspace OrganizationAssist with inventory counts and supply restocking as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.Follow established warehouse procedures and operational processes.4. Quality & ComplianceEnsure accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.Follow warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.Support an efficient workflow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.QualificationsExperience & SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on warehouse tasks.Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or mailroom experience is a plus but not required.Work RequirementsMust be willing to work onsite during weekday daylight hours.Must be available to start on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.Background screening must be completed and cleared prior to the start date.Work Environment & ScheduleClean, modern warehouse facility located on Neville Island.Team-oriented environment with clear instructions and minimal training required.Weekday daylight hours with some schedule flexibility.No weekend work required.Light warehouse and fulfillment duties only.Why Work with Sigma, Inc.?
