Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

1. Assist customers with questions, policy/service needs, and account support
2. Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products or services
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and electronically
5. Follow up with customers in a timely and organized manner
6. Support office goals through service excellence and sales performance

Requirements

1. Previous experience in customer service and sales required
2. Bilingual in English and Spanish required
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
4. Ability to build rapport and provide a positive customer experience
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7. Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry

Licensing or willingness to obtain licensing, if applicable
