Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $33.00–$35.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Ace Handyman Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Handyman to join our team in Middletown, CT. As the face of our company, you'll help homeowners maintain, repair, and improve their properties while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the independence of managing your daily workflow while benefiting from the support, reputation, and resources of a nationally recognized brand.

Responsibilities- Travel to residential job sites throughout the Middletown area.
- Complete a variety of handyman services, repairs, installations, and home improvement projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common home repair issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Ensure your vehicle is stocked and prepared for daily assignments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding project scope and progress.
- Follow company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage your schedule effectively to complete projects on time.
Requirements
Must Have- Reliable personal truck capable of transporting tools and equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in handyman services, construction, maintenance, or a related trade.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ownership of professional-grade tools.
- Previous customer-facing service experience.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple projects.
