Manager, Demand Generation

Job Description: The Manager, Member Marketing & Sales Support is responsible for planning and executing member-facing marketing programs that drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and healthcare program adoption, while also delivering marketing support for Sales and distribution partners. This role translates strategy into action—owning day-to-day execution, performance optimization, and cross‑functional coordination. Responsibilities Member Lifecycle Marketing: Execute onboarding and re‑onboarding programs that improve early engagement and reduce churn risk. Manage lifecycle communications supporting engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Identify friction points in member journeys and deploy targeted interventions. Healthcare Program & Plan Management Marketing: Execute marketing support for healthcare programs and plan management initiatives. Translate clinical intent into consumer‑friendly messaging. Ensure compliance and accuracy across all materials. Sales Support & Enablement: Partner with Sales teams to deliver campaigns, assets, and enablement materials. Support go‑to‑market launches and readiness activities. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track KPIs and campaign performance; apply test‑and‑learn optimization approaches. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required). 8+ years of experience in a related field or 10+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.
