Contract Attorney

Job Type Contract Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Attorney in New Jersey to join our legal team. As a Contract Attorney, you will provide legal services to our clients on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation. The successful applicant will have excellent research skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented attorney seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Conduct legal research to support litigation Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals Experience Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Significant experience in litigation Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements Strong analytical skills Experience with law office software and tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Skills Ability to negotiate effectively Familiarity with law office software and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
