Registered Nurse Inpatient - NICU Stepdown Nights

Join Vanderbilt Health's Level IV NICU as a Registered Nurse on the AJB stepdown unit, caring for premature and critically ill newborns in a lower acuity setting. This 119-bed NICU cares for over 1,400 patients annually and serves as a regional leader in neonatal critical care. Clinical Setting The AJB stepdown unit provides care for infants over 30 weeks corrected age with mixed acuity needs. You will work in a collaborative environment supporting babies in 3:1 ratios, with some 4:1 assignments supported by a care partner. Patients may require vapotherm, Bubble C-PAP up to 6 liters, nasal cannulas, PICC lines, ostomies, and other specialized equipment and interventions.
