These are the qualifications that matter:

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or call center experience
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to travel for customer visits, expos, and conferences
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service and sales support via phone, email, and in person
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Assist customers with ecommerce ordering and account management
• Create and track invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and finance teams to support customer needs
• Assist with scheduling, assignments, and administrative tasks
• Support sales growth through customer relationship development and new business opportunities
