Al Serra Auto Plaza is the hub of the fast-growing Serra Automotive Group. Currently, Serra Automotive Group consists of 61 dealerships, 86 automotive franchises selling and servicing 27 brands (Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick-GMC, Chrysler- Dodge-Jeep-Ram, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, Kia, VW, Honda, BMW, Toyota, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Volvo, Nissan. Audi, Acura, and Mazda) throughout 7 states (Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, and Tennessee). Responsibilities Greet customers promptly with a smile Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms and damage as described by the customer Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish a follow up time (under promise, over deliver) Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers appropriately Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Qualifications Values – integrity, team player, drive Characteristics – results oriented, competitive, optimistic Effective communication -- in person, over the phone, via email Ability to learn and follow service process Ability to learn and utilize service tools/software Organizational skills Time management skills Benefits Health: Comprehensive Medical Plan, Dental Plan, & Vision Plan 401K - eligible after one year Vacation time, generally ranging from one week up to three weeks per year based on time of employment Life Insurance Disability - both Short Term and Long Term Employee discounts on New and Used vehicles Flex Spending available #J-18808-Ljbffr
