Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Requires a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialized area certifications may be required based on the department. Skills & Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform movements like reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
