RSM US LLP is seeking an accomplished Tax Leader to join its national Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax group. The role focuses on advising multinational corporations, private equity, and partnerships on tax aspects of structuring and executing M&A transactions. You will lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive growth across capabilities and geographies.
