In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data. Pay: $24 - $29 / hour Schedule Availability Requirement: Monday - Friday, between 8:45am - 4:15pm OR 12:45pm - 7:15pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes: Virtual sessions from9am to 1pm In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm Why Autism FIRST? Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision Follow individualized treatment plans Collect and record accurate session data Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality Communicate effectively with supervisors and families Attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum1 year of ABA experience preferred CPR certification required - reimbursement available after first 90 days of employment! TB test required Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and respond quickly for client safety Ability to pass background screening Active RBT certification, strongly preferred Enrollment in BCBA or BCaBA coursework is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
