Position Overview

The Bulk Distilling Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and growing Ethra’s bulk spirits business by identifying new customers, building industry relationships, and facilitating the sale of bulk distilled spirits. This role will work closely with Commercial Operations and Corporate Development to develop opportunities, coordinate customer requirements, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. Experience in spirits, beverage alcohol, agriculture, ingredients, manufacturing, or B2B sales is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• •Identify, prospect, and develop new customers for Ethra’s bulk spirits and distilling products
• •Build and maintain relationships with distilleries, spirits brands, brokers, distributors, and other industry participants
• •Develop and actively manage a pipeline of prospective customers from initial contact through completed sale
• •Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, availability, pricing, volume, and timing
• •Assist with pricing, proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales documentation
• •Track customer activity, sales opportunities, orders, and pipeline development
• •Monitor industry trends and identify new markets and business opportunities
• •Maintain strong customer relationships and provide responsive, professional service
• •Sales, business development, or customer relationship experience preferred
• •Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• •Highly motivated and comfortable with prospecting and generating new business
• •Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously
• •Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• •Willingness to learn the bulk spirits and distilling industry
• •Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings and industry events
• •Experience in distilled spirits, beverage alcohol, brewing, agriculture, ingredients, or manufacturing
• •Existing relationships within the spirits or beverage alcohol industry
• •B2B sales or commodity sales experience
• •Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
• •Existing book of business or industry relationships is a plus
• •Commission-only compensation structure
• •Commission opportunities tied directly to successful bulk spirits sales
• •No base salary; unlimited earning potential based on sales performance
