Senior Client Manager

Supporting a growing North American team, the full-time Senior Client Manager will lead client engagements in sustainability, providing actionable insights and managing cross-functional teams to drive sustainable performance improvement in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Lead client engagements from initial needs assessment to delivering measurable impact Build and direct cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client delivery and outcomes Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating executive alignment and supporting implementation of solutions Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in sustainability roles, management consultancy, or client management in sustainability consultancy Proven ability to navigate and influence all levels of an organization, including executive stakeholders Experience in leading teams and driving performance Strong analytical skills with a commercial awareness of business environments Flexibility in mindset and approaches to problem-solving and strategic planning
