• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate effective treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to support client growth and recovery.

• Implement culturally responsive and trauma-informed care practices to ensure all clients feel understood and valued.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Participate in weekly supervision and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and provide insight into client cases.

• Coordinate with external providers and community resources to augment the level of care provided to clients when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development sessions to ensure best practices are consistently applied.

The Mental Health Associate Counselor will serve a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • Nevada registration as an AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling is mandatory.

• A strong commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning in the mental health field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
