Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to address client needs effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote shared experiences and co-learning among clients, fostering a supportive community.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring all plans align with best practices and client goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care and facilitate client referrals when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the therapeutic process.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest mental health research and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in accordance with Arizona state laws.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations effectively.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth applications and comfortable navigating digital platforms for therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
