Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities Optimize marketing strategies and identify opportunities for business growth. Preparing proposals to develop the new system which helps the company to navigate the underlying issues and overcome new opportunities in the market. Handling the business to provide end user support at all levels. Analyzing, designing, testing and maintaining the systems to support the business processes. Will do the fit/gap analysis of the business requirements then design and configure financials as per business requirements and desires. Work with external vendors and systems to design custom interfaces. Business and technical knowledge to communicate effectively. Developing reusable configurations and functionalities. Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Good analysis skills and well aware of best design practices and financial processes. Good knowledge of financial statutory reports such as Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement etc. Providing functional solutions for business problems. Agile Implementation, Sprint Planning. Interaction with client stakeholders and end users to understand the pain areas/ weak areas of current financial processes and redesign the processes.
