As aTrainer, youwillbe the face of NRI by training onall functions related toour warehouseteam members. TheTrainer's focus is delivering outstandingteam member experience, best practices, safety, and SOPcomplaint aid in the development of the training program. TheTrainer is to be a mentor to all new employees and helps create anddemonstrateNRI team spirit. What does success look like in this role? The ideal candidate is an accessible and approachable individual who is an active listener and has the creativity to explain topics in a fun and engaging way. This person is patient and can adapt their training delivery style according to how the learners are responding. The following schedule are available for this role: Monday - Friday: 1:30pm - 10:00pm Starting Pay: $22.00/hour (Includes $1.00 shift differential) Location: All About You WhatYou'llBring to the Role: Fast learners can learn multiple departments and train in each Understand how to writeand/or read an SOP Patience with the understanding that some employees learn differently Able to confidentially providepositive and constructive feedback Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including new hires, to build rapport andfacilitatea positiveexperience at NRI Strong attention to detail and time management skills Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changingbusinesspriorities Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests) The Must Haves: Must have 12+ months of training experience, preferably in a warehouse environment. Must be proficient with or willing to learn Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint). Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a MUST Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. Things You Will be Doing Providesand coordinates training for a new hireand existingNRI employeesto ensuretraining is delivered andevaluated for consistency Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to not only meet but exceed requiredperformance metrics Aidsin creating training programs by assessingskill/knowledge gaps, trainingobjectives,work situations, changes in trainingSOP's along with continuous improvement projects Exhibit and practice positive communications and team-building skills with trainees to ensurea consistently professional environment Complies withall safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities tothe supervisor or and Safety Manager Maintain a training log and all training documentation Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy conditionat all times Performs other duties as requested Staffpurchaseprogram - wear the brands you love!
