Gusto is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Cloud Infrastructure in a hybrid setup across Denver, San Francisco, and New York. You will shape architecture, IaC patterns, and operational standards, with autonomy to evolve production AWS multi-account architecture and tooling.
You’ll partner with teams to improve reliability, disaster recovery, and security, while driving automation and AI-assisted development in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
