Bronx Community Outreach Specialist

Care First in The Bronx seeks a Field Outreach Representative to engage community members, generate referrals, and connect eligible individuals to our programs. You will represent Care First at events, build partnerships with clinics and community groups, educate the public about Medicaid-related resources, and track activities in our CRM. This role requires 1–3 years in outreach, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in the field with a flexible schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids First
