Job Details Account Manager – Schaumburg, IL Position: Account Manager Industry: Industrial materials manufacturer Location: Schaumburg, IL Salary: 55-85K/year (DOE) Status: Full Time/Direct Hire Work Style: Hybrid Ref #: #33560 Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive and professional service Achieve or surpass assigned sales goals and performance objectives. Prepare and provide accurate, timely pricing and quotations based on customer requirements Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient order processing, delivery, and customer transactions Keep customer information, sales activities, and communication records current in internal systems Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market opportunities Expand business opportunities by developing and maintaining a network of contacts and potential leads Track customer payment status and work with the finance team to support timely collections Qualifications Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles College degree is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Confident in customer discussions and commercial negotiations Comfortable with Microsoft Office and business software Self-motivated and effective in a multicultural work environment Familiarity with Japanese business practices is preferred Japanese proficiency is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
