Liability Litigation Claims Examiner, responsible for analyzing and processing complex claims related to general liability, premise, auto, bodily injury, and product claims in a remote, full-time position. Key Responsibilities Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution by investigating and gathering relevant information Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients Required Qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience Experience with litigation for general liability, premise, auto, bodily injury, and product claims Understanding of contracts, lease agreements, and tenders High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
