Guest Service Agent

Guest Services Agent Position at AC Hotel San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. Roles & Responsibilities Welcoming guests upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression. Assisting with luggage handling and escorting guests to their rooms. Providing information about hotel amenities and local area. Opening doors and offering a warm welcome to guests via the bell desk. Parking and retrieving guest vehicles as requested. Assisting lobby attendants in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area. Delivering personalized guest experiences and going above the norm. Qualifications At least one year of customer-service experience with high guest interaction. Valid driver's license with no major infractions for six months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills. Team-player with a pleasant and helpful personality. Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between areas of the hotel. Outgoing and engaging communication skills. Capability to work in a fast-paced setting and flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation Salary: $21.00 per hour.
