Location: Mayfield Village, OH (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (No expected overtime)

About the Role Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking to join a positive team in a great corporate environment? We are seeking a dependable Payroll & Garnishment Specialist for a 6-month onsite contract position.

In this role, you will play a critical part in processing garnishments, maintaining accurate records, and helping streamline our ongoing workflow and year-end demands. You will work closely with and receive direct training from our Senior Full-Time Document Coordinator.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Enter and process garnishment orders in PeopleSoft Payroll.

• Review, document, and maintain garnishment records and related files.

• Create, organize, and maintain digital and physical supporting garnishment documentation.

• Assist in reducing the current garnishment processing backlog while ensuring high accuracy and legal compliance.

• Support ongoing garnishment activities and peak year-end workload demands.

• Perform additional administrative and documentation duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education/Experience: High School diploma / GED equivalent or higher with at least 1 year of related payroll/administrative experience.

• Software Expertise: Direct experience with PeopleSoft Payroll (a major stand-out on your resume!).

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of garnishment processing and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, basic-to-intermediate formulas).

• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Work Style: Professional, personable, and dependable with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
