Master Data Analyst (Production Planning Focus)We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the continued growth and evolution of our SAP environment and supply chain processes. This role will focus primarily on Production Planning (PP) master data, ensuring data is accurately maintained, follows best practices, and supports scalable business operations across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support SAP master data with a primary focus on Production Planning (PP).Ensure master data is entered accurately and consistently while adhering to governance standards and best practices.Troubleshoot master data issues and assess downstream impacts on planning, MRP, reporting, and operations.Support supply chain functions including production planning, purchasing, warehouse, quality, and finance master data.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data structures that support business growth and system enhancements.Assist with SAP initiatives, enterprise applications, and agile project work as needed.Generate and analyze reports to support planning and operational decision-making.QualificationsExperience with SAP is required.Background in Production Planning, MRP, Master Data, or Supply Chain Operations.Understanding of production planning master data fields and their impact on system performance and reporting.Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and asking questions when needed.Open to candidates from manufacturing industries outside of medical devices.EOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
