This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering responsive service and addressing inquiries, coverage questions, and policy-related requests. Facilitate the application and underwriting process by gathering required information, obtaining carrier quotes, and evaluating coverage options to identify appropriate solutions for clients. Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, including policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and account updates within the agency management system. Review insurance policies, applications, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency procedures and industry standards. Coordinate the collection, issuance, and maintenance of client documentation, including certificates of insurance, identification cards, and proof of coverage. Process and monitor insurance claims, providing client support and guidance throughout the claims resolution process. Maintain detailed, accurate, and organized records of client interactions, carrier communications, policy transactions, and account activity. Qualifications Active insurance license required; Life & Health license preferred. Previous experience in the insurance industry or a customer service-focused role, with a demonstrated ability to support clients and manage service-related needs. Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting practices, policy administration, and related industry processes. Proficient in utilizing AI-powered tools, task and workflow management platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
