Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

Assist the Facilities Manager with the daily maintenance and operation of credit union facilities, equipment, and supplies

Coordinate special projects as directed by the Facilities Manager

Maintain inventory of supplies and process departmental requisitions

Assist with purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture

Oversee vendor maintenance personnel and support equipment installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance

Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and daily maintenance across multiple facilities and building systems

Help ensure all buildings and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained

Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures

Perform general maintenance duties, including equipment and furniture installation and relocation

Distribute U.S. mail and courier deliveries and maintain required mail and retention reports

When responsibility calls, youre ready to lead.

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on maintenance environment.
