Senior Cost Engineer


An industry-leading client of ours is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Engineer to join their team of professionals. As a cost engineer, you estimate the various costs associated with a project.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver standard, consistent and robust cost management frameworks and procedures to projects
• Establish project baseline and cost management frameworks
• Implement Cost Control Processes including VOWD (Value of Work Done), Cost forecasting and Earned Value
• Develop Project Controls Plan aligned with Planning, Finance Contracting & Procurement processes
• Develop project management reports contents and formats

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business (or related field)
• 3 years of experience in Cost Engineering / Project Controls in the construction industry
• Solid understanding of cost controls, including budgets, commitments and earned data, use of KPIs and analysis of variance
