Technical Product Analyst

Providing technical customer service, the full-time Technical Product Analyst II will manage complex client software issues, document customer interactions, and mentor peers while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Handle complex client software issues and manage escalations, ensuring adherence to service level objectives Document troubleshooting processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the support ticket lifecycle Participate in collaborative engagements and contribute to team knowledge to enhance resolution times Required qualifications: 2+ years of Help Desk and/or customer service experience 2+ years of scripting experience, including SQL, Progress, or PowerShell 2+ years of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience Proficiency in document creation and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently on assigned support cases
