Touchstone Health Services is looking for a compassionate, dedicated candidate in Maricopa County area who wants to empower youth and families by providing outpatient therapy in the home, clinic, school, and via telehealth services. Duties and Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to) Provide direct clinical treatment using evidence-based modalities and best practices. Receive regular training, professional development, supervision. Facilitate and participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings according to the AZ Practice Model. Conduct annual assessments, reports, and case management as needed. Complete discharges and transfers in a timely and efficient manner. Complete all required clinical documentation and reports within 24 hours of the service date; update service member documentation as appropriate to maintain an accurate Electronic Medical Record; maintain record compliance in accordance with regulatory and agency expectations including assessments, demographics, consents, and treatment plans. Respond to crisis in a timely manner according to determined procedure. Act as liaison between Touchstone and collaborative agencies. Bills according to productivity standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field; associate license, independent license, or license in process preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid AZ Driver’s License and have reliable transportation. Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Intermediate computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Office products or similar software, Internet, and email.
